Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Next Tuesday, July 25, I’ll be participating in the live broadcast of a town hall forum at Columbia Basin College. The event will be hosted by Newsradio 610 KONA and many lawmakers from the area will attend.
I’ll be answering questions submitted by KONA listeners and will most likely discuss the 2017-19 operating budget; the new McCleary plan to fully fund K-12 education; working with other legislators to prevent a capital gains income tax; the bills I was able to pass in my first Legislative Session; and, my goals for the upcoming 2018 Session.
